You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as you place your order. If you haven’t received that email yet, please check your spam folder. It is very important because if you do not receive an order confirmation email, you will also not receive an email with shipment notification and tracking information.
If you are offered insurance but you do not accept, we cannot take responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
After receiving the item, please verify the quantity and the status of the order. If you are missing an item or if the item (s) is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the goods. After 48 hours since receiving the item, we will not replace another product for you.
Please note that buyers are responsible for the VAT, handling fees, customs clearance fees, etc. that your country requires to import consumer goods. We do not collect this information and we are unable to estimate this cost because it’s different from each country.
